How projects move

Industrial Sewing Project Process

A disciplined review reduces avoidable quoting gaps and helps determine whether a project has a workable production path.

01

1–3: Define the project

Submit details, complete an initial review, then clarify materials, construction, tolerances, volumes, and end use.

02

4–5: Establish the path

Determine whether a sample or prototype is needed, then prepare a production estimate based on defined assumptions.

03

6–8: Plan execution

Match factory and production capabilities, plan the run, and align quality expectations and delivery coordination.

04

Selective project review

We are selective about projects. If a project is not a fit, we will try to say so quickly.

Frequently asked questions

Answers before you submit

Can you help with prototypes or samples?+

Yes. Prototype and sample paths can be reviewed before production. Feasibility depends on construction, materials, tooling, quantity, and the production path.

What information is needed for a quote?+

A useful review starts with drawings or a tech pack, photos or samples, bill of materials, expected quantities, material requirements, packaging needs, destination market, compliance requirements, and target production timing.

Do you guarantee compliance or duty treatment?+

No. Compliance and trade qualification depend on project-specific facts and documentation. They must be reviewed before any written commitment.
